What We Offer
Physical Therapy
Every visit you have with CSPT will be one-on-one with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. We do not use aids or techs at our facility. We will help to relieve your pain, fix the root cause of the problem and teach you how to prevent it. Our goal is to treat the entire person for a more complete and lasting return to the active life you desire without pain medication or unnecessary surgery.
We focus on a mix of functional movement assessment, hands on techniques and a strong emphasis on education. We use manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, soft tissue mobilization and massage to improve movement and mobility. We also use other techniques when appropriate such as trigger point dry needling and blood flow restriction. Skilled manual therapy techniques can make immediate improvements in pain and mobility creating an opportunity for greater movement, strength gains, and healing response. It is therapeutic exercise that utilizes that opportunity to regain strength, speed healing, and resolve harmful compensations that you’ve developed. Some of the time spent in every treatment session will be focused on education for what exercises are best to treat your specific condition. We offer free 15 minute phone consultations with a Doctor of Physical Therapy to discuss if we would be a good fit for you!
Digital Offers
CSPT offers E-Visits so that patients can still receive the help that they need while staying home. Staying at home does not have to mean staying in pain. We also offer digital performance coaching which gives you a customized workout plan to help you meet your fitness goals.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you take my insurance?
Here at College Station Physical Therapy and Performance our priority is high quality care for our patients. Because of this we do not have any contracts with insurance companies. You are with the Doctor of Physical Therapy for the entirety of your treatment as we feel the exercise portion of treatment is arguably the most important part of your visit. We can also give you the information that you need to file your own claim for possible reimbursement. By being out of network we can give you the attention and treatments that you need to get back to doing the activities you love.
Do I need a referral to see a physical therapist?
No, in September of 2019, Texas was one of the last states to give physical therapists direct access to patients. After 10 days we will need to get a referral if further treatment is needed.
